As a REALTOR since 2004, my favorite thing to do is market homes for sale. A close second favorite is to help people see what's on the market in the Twin Cities, online and on the street. Maybe negotiating the best possible price for clients is what I really enjoy.
As a broker since 2014, and as the owner of a recently launched brokerage in the Saint Paul area, my next goal is to form a group of agents. Agents with just enough experience to know that they'd like more independence and control over their own business. Agents who understand the value of a better split and how eliminating monthly fees can add to their business in other ways.
Friends who would like to buy or sell within the next 30 years (77 might be a good time to retire), thanks for staying connected on social media. Agents who will never leave their company, but might have connections who would consider making a move, thanks for connecting.
