New Logo and Card Design, What do you think?

I recently changed companies and needed to choose a new card. I decided to have a logo created and implement that with my new card. Could you give me your feed back on my logo and card design? I still have a little time to make changes before I submit them. Your view would be greatly appreciated.

I would frame out the area around your picture and keep that if with its original background (if the backgroudn is decent). I am not a big fan of the cutu out with glow around it, it looks a little amateur. Other then that, I think it looks great.

What point of contact is the most important? Phone numbers, email? Is the address the least important, if so personally I think I'd make the address smaller. Your numbers in bold are good.

Looks nice but.. In AZ, we have to have an equal housing logo on our cards/ads etc. Is this a requirement in your state?

Thanks, I forgot when I posted this one that I had to have the Realtor and Equal Housing Logo. I have one that does, I just attached to wrong one.

I also wanted to comment on your replies about our photo. We have been married 19 years next month and have such a great time together. We love working together and helping families find "Home". Not only is he my partner and spouse, he really is my best friend.
