As agents, referrals are our life. Most of us hope for friends, neighbors and people we meet throughout the day, but at our disposal is BOB. BOB needs to become our best friend. Now....who is BOB? BOB is our Book Of Business !! We have an excellent referral base at our finger tips and we need to use it to it's fullest.
Studies have shown you need to touch your clients at least every 6 weeks consistently for them to remember who you are. So let's setup a system that works your BOB. I have gone on listing appointments and see realtors calenders on the refrigerator. I always say to myself...they have not met BOB yet.
Most real estate companies have a database system for you. Take advantage of this and set it up for youself. I have set up this system and if you commit to it you will see the referrals come in.
For each transaction you close, your client will know four people over the next twelve months who will close a real estate transaction. Now how would you like to capture at least 50 % of those additional closings.
