Why California...you ask. Well, we have the best weather year round. Our temperature ranges from 54 degrees during Winter to 92 degrees during Summer months. Our state is recognized for the Golden Gate bridge, our panoramic beaches and mountains, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Golden Gate bridge, Redwood forest and our Channel Islands. California also boasts the biggest economy and business growth opportunities. Silicon Valley is where most of star up companies emerges from conception. California is also home to many worldwide recognized higher education institutions.

According to Wallethub post by Richie Bernardo, Eastvale CA ranked #2 as the best city for California families. This is a huge accomplishment as Eastvale is a fairly new city. It just celebrated its 5th Anniversary in October. Eastvale CA is located in Riverside County and it is a family commuter town. It competed with 240 other similar cities within the state to earn the overall #2 ranking for the best place in California to raise a family.
According to Wallethub, Eastvale ranked #1 in education, health and safety. Those are top priorities when buyers are looking to put down roots for their families.
Eastvale ranked #3 for affordability. Eastonians have know for a long time how to stretch their purchasing power. Over 54% of Eastvale residents earn more than $100k per year, 28% earn more than $150k per year, and 11.2% earns more than $200k per year. Yet, home prices are below average for Southern California.
Eastvale is ranked #4 as having the most playgrounds per capita. Currently, there are 13 local parks in Eastvale. Symphony park will soon be added to the list. Some of the parks encompass dog parks, skateboard parks, and water parks.
Eastvale ranked #1 as a city with most families with kids living at home. Many houses have 6 or more bedrooms. The goal of the community is to bring families together, to provide the safest environment, the best education all at an affordable cost. It is not uncommon to find one stay at home parent.
When half of marriage end up in divorce in our country, it is nice to know that Eastvale does not fit in those statistics. When divorce is low in a community, it strengthens the family unit and future generation as a whole.
