Locally owned, Chubby Trout has a FULL SUSHI BAR, Monday - Friday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Located at County Road 6 and Cassopolis Street in Elkhart, Chubby Trout is a great place for Sushi. Their bar has 20 beers on tap and specialies include locally crafted microbrews. Hi-Def TVs in the bar and an outdoor patio, make it a great choice for lunch or dinner, or even carryout.

I like to go when they have 1/2 off sushi night! I know that makes it sound questionable, but nothing about thier sushi is such a thing. My brother takes me for my birthday. I love it!! Glad you got to experience the carrot cake too, it is darn good!
