We generally refer to the area sales as Grand Junction since people identify with the town even though the statistics for Mesa County include, Fruita, Palisade, Loma, Mack, Whitewater, etc.
Grand Junction homes has had a strong spring and summer for 2015. Gross volume sales are at 84.6 million year to date. Compared to August 2014, gross volume is up 4.6% and YTD gross volume us up 25.67%.
