There’s a Difference Between a Good and Great Leader

Good only gets you by where great you can conquer and get to the top.

You stated the difference perfectly and the difference between good and great is very meaningful.

Good morning Lou.  Some of our leaders could do with a little integrity as some lack that quality.

I have been alive for a good bit of time...and had many leaders. We have very few great leaders!

I couldn't agree more and that was really well said my friend.  A great leader doesn't need to ask people to follow them, as they will follow them based on their actions!  Actions always speak louder than words!

Lou, I had a broker who was (and still is) a great leader, and they do definitely stand out! 

A great leader must not micro manage, if you hire the right people they will move mountains on their own as long as you give them the tools and vision.

Everyone should strive to be a great leader.  I've always taught that a great leader is one who has trained their team well enough that they can leave their (leader) job!
