Food can make a person strong . . . .
Encouragement and recognition . . . . With a healthy dose of both will brighten a person’s day . . . . feeds their self-esteem . . . . and will help them to build their self-confidence.
A child that has been nurtured with encouragement with positive recognition becomes an adult with a strong sense of self-worth. They will take on new opportunities with positive self-expectation . . . . and with a sense of confidence in their actions.
Also when a person has received . . . . positive recognition and reinforcement. They will respect other people . . . . and show appreciation for who they are . . . . and for what they do.
