Studio City - Average Home Sale Prices - 3 year running

Studio City is one of those cities that have a high demand due to it's proximity to the entertainment industry, namely the television and film studios.  Studio City homes tend to not only hold their value extremely well, but have the greatest potential for equity gain.  The schools and metropolitan areas are high demand also.  Carpenter Elementary school is many times the reason many parents seek the boundaries of Studio City for their next home.  And the area of Ventura Blvd. in Studio City is one of the busiest, sought-after destination points for restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Below is a dynamic, interactive graph of the past 3 years running, average sales prices for single family homes, and a separate graph for condominiums and townhomes:

The boundaries of Studio City are roughly:  South of the 101 freeway, North of Mulholland Dr., East of Coldwater Canyon Blvd., and West of the 170 freeway (but including some areas west of Lankershim Blvd.)
