Burbank - Average Home Sales Prices - 3 Years Running
Burbank is one of those cities that have a high demand due to it's proximity to the entertainment industry, namely the television and film studios. Burbank homes tend to not only hold their value extremely well, but have the greatest potential for equity gain. Burbank does have quite an ectlectic range of values due to it's proximity to adjacent cities that have much different geographical settings. It borders the cities of Toluca Lake, Glendale, Sun Valley, North Hollywood, and unincorporated areas of the City of Los Angeles. Both Disney and NBC Studios are located in Burbank and employ many thousands of people. Downtown Burbank is one of the busiest, sought-after destination points for restaurants, shopping and
entertainment. The Empire Center is also one of the largest shopping centers. Burbank airport is highly utilized as an alternative to the distant and much busier LAX International Airport. Flying out of Burbank airport is a breeze compared to LAX! Interstate 5 freeway runs directly through the center of Burbank, and the 134 freeway runs through the southern tip. Without traffic, Burbank is about 12 minutes to Hollywood, and 25 minutes to Downtown Los Angeles.
