It's for those who believe in this community, who participates actively on a regular basis, who builds relations.
About couple of months ago, I received a call from Heidi Kelley .
Of course she knew me, being another Keller Williams agent in Massachusetts.
However, not many of them write market update about Tewksbury week after week for so many years.
And that's what made her feel 100% comfortable!
When Marie wanted to sell her home in Tewksbury and settle near her family in Rhode Island, Heidi just called me - with the confidence that I can do the job!
Boy, I did it! Marie kept her home in excellent condition and I did my part - marketing her home, using right channels, including a blog post on ActiveRain.
And we had couple of offers within 2 days after the home was on market.
The buyers love the home - and we closed on September 29th, 2015.
Now we have a competition - I think I am Marie's sweetheart and Heidi feels she is still #1 in that category.
