Real Estate Presale Preparations: Start Strong

THE START MATTERS

AIM High! Perfection is a moving target.

Repetition is the same message in a new package.

Keep on getting the message out, over and over again!

PERSISTENCE wins the prize!

Remember the old saying,"It's not how you start that matters, but how you finish." Sounds great but doesn't always apply. For example, the start really matters in real estate, especially in the first week that a listing hits the market. Presale preparation is key to a strong start! Anyone can push the paperwork, but getting a listing up on the MLS that hits on all cylinders doesn't happen by chance, it takes preparation. Welcome to AR Becky. The very first thing I do when a client wants to talk about listing is to bring my stager in to look the house over. The start is crucial.

Thanks David, and I welcome your comments. I agree wholeheartedly, staging is very important. It sounds like you work with a particular stager on an ongoing basis, which I consider a real confidence builder for sellers and it will definitely contribute to a strong start! As a video marketer, I want to present properties in the very best light possible, playing up strong points, playing down weaknesses. First impressions truly are a significant factor in selling faster and for more money, or vice versa. Thanks again for taking the time to comment, I hope you will visit my blog frequently. I visited your blog and website, such amazing services your clients receieve.

Absolutely 100%  The more preparation you do up front, the easier and smoother your transaction will be later on.

Ralph, I'm new to blogging on ActiveRain. I don't know why my previous reply is highlighted in blue, so this is a test to see if this reply to your comment is "blue", too. :-)

You are right on Becky Buck I'm always amazed at the incomplete new listings on the MLS. What kind of start is that when you don't even get complete info out to other agents trying to sell your listing.
