As you know, RESPA is coming down hard on JV’s and MSA’s. If you have an in-house title insurance company and you feel stuck using them, now is the time to give us a try on your next deal. What are your thoughts on this?

TRID turned out to be just a minor annoyance, adding a few days to the closing process. On the other hand, it almost entirely eliminated last-minute surprises on the settlement statement.
