Looking for some tasty food and an authentic mountain experience? Search no further because Cactus Jack’s is your one-stop shop for some Bear Creek entertainment and cuisine. Cactus Jack’s Saloon and Grill is located in downtown Evergreen. Formerly an older rustic restaurant in the heart of Evergreen, Cactus Jack’s still has that same mountain atmosphere, but has received a facelift after the sweeping floods that swept through Colorado a few years ago wiped out sections of the restaurant. Cactus Jack’s has a newly renovated patio area where you can sink into serenity by listening to the sound of the flowing Bear Creek waters or catch some of the great music of the Creekside Music Series that is an annual tradition here. The Creekside Music Series in Evergreen normally runs Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Usually Cactus Jack’s tries to fill the list of musicians with local Evergreen bands or other Colorado- born musicians. They also host a generous happy hour Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with drink specials continuing on the weekends. Cactus Jack’s is definitely redefining the local atmosphere here in Evergreen, Colorado.
