I've been buying and selling condos in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County for years, and if there's one thing I know, it's this: There's no point to condos if they aren't comfortable.
I don't just mean furniture, or temperature. I'm talking about its location-- how far away from work do you want to live? Amenties: does it have hardwood floors? Skylights? A washer and dryer? A large enough living room? Of course, don't forget price! Will you pay too much? Are you happy with your mortgage?
It's not enough to just buy a condo or townhome (or even a patio home!) in Pittsburgh without taking some time to think about the little things that could one day become the only thing.
I Know What I'm Doing.
Let me help ask the questions, search the neighborhoods, scout the distances to your office, and do the math. It ads up, trust me.
Start looking for your home here, or give me a call. Before you know it, you'll be warm, at home, and most of all: comfortable.
