Lender New Changes How Has This Affected The RE Market In Your Area?

The month before the TILA and RESPA lender changes. I was in constant motion with showings and buyer requests. Now Oct. 20, 2015 I get a text from an agent wanting to show one of my listings. She also asked so how has it been for your listings many requests for showings? then she added it has been slow for her. I admit prices are dropping, which usually happens before the Holidays only the die hard sellers stick it out for showings during Thanksgiving to Christmas. I tell my buyers this is a good time to purchase. But now I'm wondering how many of you are seeing a lot of action?

value even in good condition is equal in value to cabinets in the newer current color, or are they? Objective would be desirability.
