In this week's edition of The Louisville Real Estate Podcast, I sit down with fellow Ky Select Properties agent Pete Kirven, who has asked me for an opinion on when I thought the best time of year was to sell a Lousiville home.
Naturally, we had a few opinions, but we decided to actually crunch some numbers and see if the data fell in line with our theories. We met in the office and Pete and I talked for about 20 minutes on which way we thought the data would fall, and whether or not we should look for smaller data sets, or whether we should use all of Louisville as our topic.
