Halloween Fun in Steamboat Springs, CO
Halloween is one of our favorite holidays here in Steamboat Springs, CO. We never know if it will be unseasonably warm or freezing temperatures and pounding snow, but the latter does not stop this community from gathering in the streets of downtown for our annual Halloween Stroll.
This time-honored trick-or-treating tradition is fun for the entire family. In fact, you don't need to have kids to enjoy this one. Dress up, or don't, head downtown and stand in awe at the costumes, displays and shenanigans. Last year, Phoenix, Routt County's fire-breathing dragon made an appearance, along with a brigade of green Army soldiers and two Planet of the Apes characters on horseback no less. Steamboat's Halloween Stroll is fun for all.
