It is a pleasure working with past clients to sell their home, and work with them on their purchase. They knew they loved the Pinery, and we saw many that were available. The best part about the Pinery is that different styles and layouts, there are no track homes in this community. Some have stunning mountain views, all have deer strolling through! There was even a fox running through one day we were at the home!
Soon as we pulled up to this home, they had good feelings about this home, a corner lot, and a unique look. They really did not need the five bedrooms, so they will be remodeling the master bathroom and closet taking one of the small rooms to have a luxurious master suite.
Contingencies are completed and will be closing in a couple of weeks, and the first transaction on the TRID plan. So far so good!
