When a Home in Sacramento Takes Longer Than Usual to Sell

Never once did my seller ask me to stop sending her feedback on home showings over the four months it took to finally sell her home, regardless of how discouraging. It was fairly apparent her home was unique, which meant it would appeal to a smaller pool of buyers who would appreciate its individuality. On top of which, the sellers were a two-career couple without children, so the home was not exactly child-friendly.

Received a lot of comments from parents as to why they were not buying the home. It doesn't stop me, though. It just provided more clarity about where I needed to focus to get that home in Sacramento sold.

There's a huge difference between a professional agent and someone with a license who has no idea what they are doing.  Sellers who hire you are getting the most knowledgeable and dedicated Sacramento agent in the entire area.
