Final colors of the season from my garden

Wish there was a way I could capture the scent and share it with you ALL.

Yellow Calla Lily

In a couple of days, I will be able to harvest my pomegranates

My mandarine still needs a couple of days of sunshine

Hopefully, my figs will grow big enough to be enjoyed

I will soon be able to enjoy my beet greens

Pretty soon, Fall colors will be all around us.

Can you guess what is my hobby after I come home from a hard day of work

in the real estate business?

That's a nice collection of fruits, vegetables and flowers, Les and Sarah!  My own garden is showing signs of season's end.

Time to grow hardy herbs such as cilantro, parsley, and dill.

Your garden is just gorgeous.   What a great job you've done to create it!  I think the yellow flower with red is Canna.  I'd love to know how you prepare the beet greens.  Do you eat them raw, sautéed or...?

Thanks. I usually saute it with sesame oil, salt and pepper, and soy sauce...Yummy and healthy.

So to speak it's the last rose of summer.

Good luck and success.

Good Sunday morning Les and Sarah. Nice to see that you're still enjoying the last colors of fall. I do have a few re-bloomer irises.

I love the garden shots!  Yes, the smell will be something that we may not be able to get to our senses.  But, thank goodness, in a way, technology doesn't take over nature in that regard!
