An Evening in Land Park at The Mill at Broadway

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Gold DRE #00697006

The most exciting thing to happen in Land Park lately, apart from tearing up the streets to install new sewer lines, is The Mill at Broadway. This is a new infill project featuring affordable homes for millennials and empty nesters. It's not just a new home concept, it's a design that is meant to complement the way people live today, those who don't really want to rent but also don't want the complexities and demands of home ownership.

You can read more about the model homes and grand opening night at The Mill at Broadway in my personal blog today and see all of the photographs at this link: The Mill at Broadway Showcases Model Homes in Land Park.

Elizabeth: Ok, I see we have another thing in common, you also like liver & onions. Most people cringe when I admit to it. Know a great place in Honolulu that serves it (Murphy's), now have to find one on the Big Island where I plan to be soon!! In the meantime, if I could make the time I'd love to have some at Land Park before that, but... Can't believe how busy it is this year.

Good morning Elizabeth.  I can vividly remember my mother fixing liver and onions.  She always overcooked them and I haven't been fond of then sense.

Good morning Elizabeth. We have done over a couple of mills one into residential housing the other into commercial space. Loved doing them, lot of challenges and lots of satisfaction.

Make it a great week!

Hi Elizabeth.  Creating housing out of old mills allows for some great looks.

Hi Elizabeth.  Sounds like this project will be very well received by the younger generations.

They are keeping some of the historical stuff as lawn art, I think. The guys over at the Mill at Broadway were nice enough to call me yesterday to say thanks for the blog. Now, if they would just reconsider broker cooperation . . .

That floor plan looks and sounds like garage townhouses we have here in Bristow. I love those open kitchens with huge islands.
