As you know, RESPA & CFPB are coming down hard on JV’s and MSA’s (In-House Title Companies and Mortgage companies) If you have an in-house title insurance company and you feel stuck using them, now is the time to give us a try on your next deal. Are you sick and tired of hearing about TRID yet?
