The Secret
I first encountered "The Secret" about 4.5 years ago. I was readily able to relate. I fully embrace and encourage you to take steps to look at the positive side of life! My daughter is in to positive thinking and will often share things she comes across to promote self help and well being. She is a successful young lady and I appreciate the sunshine she is in my life.
You can most certainly help others through your thoughts, and they can help you. Every good thought you send to another is a living force. However, the person you are sending the thought to has to be asking for the same thing you are sending.
