I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in August  2015.

I looked for residential listings sold. There were 25 homes that settled in August 2015.

The highest sale price was $ 690,000 and lowest sale price was $165,,000

The average original list price was $418,996 The average last list price was $403,990

The average sale price was $382,682.

The homes were on the market for an average of 77  days.
