801-477-0219:  It has been well over one year that I posted on Active Rain.  I am not fond of Zillow, and when Trulia got bought by Zillow I was really disappointed.  I was actually disappointed that Active Rain got bought out by Trulia.  So, what is getting me to start posting again on Active Rain?

I was going over my Analytics report this morning, and I noticed that about 40% of my traffic to my site was coming through Active Rain.  All my previous blog posts are still here, and they are still pointing potential leads back to my site.

I think one year or so is long enough to be mad about Active Rain being bought out by Trulia and Zillow, so now I am ready to look past that and start focusing on getting buyers and sellers back on my site.  So, I will be posting a little more frequently going forward. :)

Glad to see you back!! If there is anything I can do to help as you dip your toe back in the water here at ActiveRain, please let me know.

I think all of our are excited for the new direction for ActiveRain! I had left back in December when Zillow took over. It was just coincidence on the timing, nothing to do with Zillow, I just needed the break. When Ben bought ActiveRain from Zillow and asked me to come back, the timing was right, my break was done, and we are excited for the future. Glad you'll be back and enjoying the ride with us!

I was not aware that zillow had sold Activerain.  Now I am really excited to be back! It is always an adventure to be part of something new, and I am looking forward to see where the new ownership of Activerain takes us.  Thanks.
