Before I tell you about Maple Dr. Beverly Hills, CA please allow me to g ive you a little historical background. The city of Beverly Hills was incorporated in 1914 and what we consider Beverly Hills Proper is about 6 square miles with a population of about 12,000 inhabitants.
Most people know Beverly Hills for its tree-lined streets. When tourist come they want to see the beautiful streets and equally magnificent public parks. This is all in addition to the upscale shopping areas and the world renowned hotels. Also let’s not forget the magnificent estates as most perceived it as the home to the stars.
So with that said let me introduce you to Maple Dr. which is a North /South Street consisting of mostly Single Family Residential Homes. These photos was taken South of Wilshire Blvd and North of Olympic Blvd. The first Block is commercial and also zoned for income properties. Lexus of Beverly Hills has half the block South of Wilshire Blvd.
Once you go past the first block it becomes zoned for Single Family Residences. No let me know if you would love to live on Maple Dr. Beverly Hills, CA.
The Tourist seldom get to see this street because the focus is on Wilshire Blvd, Rodeo Dr and the list goes on and on. Hope you liked this small introduction to a lesser known street in Beverly Hills, CA.
