A taste of Halloween in Livermore

Ghoulish fun awaits on Maple Street for Halloween in Livermore. Close to the high school, I saw 3 homes which definitely show off Halloween ‘spirit’, but this particular house really stood out. The homeowner was still adding more characters and decor to her already impressive collection of monsters, scarecrows and body parts. If you dare approach the porch for some candy, you’ll notice a few creepy clowns on the inside of the house. I’m sure nighttime will bring additional chills as the wind blows through, stairs creek, and the moon looms overhead. You may even see some of these creatures move and make noises in the most unexpected ways. What fun!Halloween Livermore

Even if you don’t want to go above and beyond like this home, it doesn’t take much to get your home into the Halloween spirit. If you are still looking to decorate your home this year, here are some great places to grab some last minute Halloween decorations near Livermore.

Have you seen other great examples of haunting, scary or funny Halloween decor?  Come back and post them here!

Happy Halloween everyone!

Hey Laura, nice to see you. We used to go all out at Halloween (well, not quite to this extent). But we did have a coffin in the yard one year, with a stuffed monster. The neighborhood kids got a kick out of peering inside and having a look. But come Halloween night, one of my kids donned a monster costume, and played dead, waiting for the unsuspecting Trick-Or-Treaters. Boy did they run away screaming (but with their candy I might add!)
