Things to do in Parker: Trick or Treat on Mainstreet 2015
We have lived in Parker, Colorado for close to 20 years. One of our favorite things about our town are the community events planned throughout the year. For the last 6 months we've enjoyed the Farmers Market on Sundays from 8am-1pm, Wine Walks on the last Friday of the month and Movies in the Park.
Now with the weather turning colder and the holidays approaching, we have different activities to enjoy. This Saturday, Mainstreet will close for Trick or Treat on Mainstreet. This annual, family-friendly, community event provides a safe haven for kids of all ages to dress in their favorite costume and collect candy and treats from local merchants.
When: Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 3:30-8:00 pm
Where: Mainstreet in Old Town Parker (the street will be closed at Victorian Drive to the east and west, and at Pikes Peak Drive in the center of town)
Since 2007, the Cherry Creek Valley Rotary Club of Parker has hosted the annual Trick or Treat on Mainstreet event in Downtown Parker. This is a "thank you" event for the community. The club appreciates the support provided by the town and its citizens throughout the year for their fundraising* events.
