Happy Buyers Find Their Dream Home in Warrenton
One of the most disappointing things a buyer, who has a home to sell, finds their dream home and is told that the seller will not entertain a contract that is contingent on the sale of the buyer's home. It happens. Sellers don't like to take those risks of tying up their property with a buyer who still hasn't gotten their own home under contract.
Thankfully, when my Buyers got their home under contract, their dream home was still waiting for them. This Warrenton beauty, with over three quarters of an acre of land was just what my Buyers were looking for. Inside it had everything they wanted: three finished levels, an upgraded kitchen with sun room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the upper level and that gigantic yard backing to trees. It was listed for $525,000. After some tough negotiations, a a deal was hammered out.
The home inspection was rather boring for the inspector. That's always a good sign because it means the Buyers got a great home with no major issues.
This dream home became a reality for them October 30, 2015. They got the home for $515,000 and even got $5,000 in closing cost help.
Purchasing a home, when you have one to sell, definitely takes an agent with skill. If you need to sell in order to buy, give me a call. This is a needle I have threaded many times for my clients.
