Pitt Meadows Real Estate Stats Latest as of Sept 2015
Detached homes & Town Homes have been selling very quickly. Condos have been in a balanced market for most of this year, but have jumped into a sellers market as of Sept 2015. While inventory's remain low across the board, I don't see anything slowing down until later this year into the Christmas season. Check out all the charts & graphs bellow!
