Testing different marketing methods
Many real estate agents decide they want to try spreading out their risk by trying several different marketing methods until theydetermine what delivers the best results. But "diversifying" in marketing translates to "dabbling". You could easily be in danger of spreading yourself and your efforts too thin. I believe that most methods out there will work for someone if they put themselves into it 110%. Putting all of your marketing efforts into one method is not like putting all your eggs in one basket. I would compare it more to deciding to work 4 part time jobs for 10 hours each per week instead of working one 40 hour a week job. It doesn't minimize your risk; it only minimizes your effectiveness. Do one thing with all your heart and sould (and marketing budget). If you don't give it all you've got it won't work- I promise!
