Fox Hollow is a custom home neighborhood on Garnet Mesa. It's close to schools and the hospital. There are no thru streets and good views of Grand Mesa and the West Elk Mountains. If you want a home with the extra finishes that make it special, then consider a home in the Fox Hollow neighborhood.
Sales in the Fox Hollow neighborhood have been slow this year, but that's due to the lack of inventory.
