This Buyer was referred to me from an ActiveRainer's office. Having never been to Denver and accepting a job transfer, we had some ground to cover. Coming from a small town (350 population) to a City of 3.5 million is quite the change! This home is within 5-8 minutes of her new work location, and she is even thinking of riding her bike to work on occasion!
