As a Broker, I am always hit with the statement "when I'm ready to sell, I'll call you". Well that leads to the question how do you decide to sell or not to sell. I have had clients that didn't have a choice they were underwater on their mortgage and had to sell and then there have had some that just wanted to see what they could get and if it sold great if not oh well no big deal. There is a lot to consider when deciding to sell your property or house. You should consider the market is it up or are values struggling, Do you need to get rid of the asset, how long can you afford to have it on the market?
