One more thing

I feel like I am going to scream.  Everyone is yelling for me in 10 different directions. My dad who is 84 decided to drive his car , he is almost blind and can't see much at all.  So he decided to must drive across town to Food Lion .  Bilo 1 mile down the road is not good enough.  So he pulls out in front of another blind person who can't see and she hits him so hard he ends up backwards  and excels instead of breaks and goes  into a creek the car is total loss, and he resigns himself on not driving. He did 'nt go to the hospital, I think he was afraid they'd see he could'nt drive, the op gave him a unsafe movement ticket  Now 2 weeks later he wants a new car!  Wants his freedom back and is going to the eye DR on Tuesday to  see what to do.  When he failed his lic the last time this stupid Dr gave him a not to get his lic.  I have talked to the Dr, and a cop friend,  they will not take a lic, unless they cause a serious accident  lol.  Now he is board and wants his freedom back, he has gotten over his fear!  My mom died so it is just my brother and I , and my brother is not help at all.  Any ideas?
