Previewing Homes Look what I saw on the broker caravan this morning.

In addition to the very cool mid-century modern fixer with a great view, I saw this guy accepting official government deliveries as I parked my car around the corner.

I’m sure the USPS letter carrier can’t miss him.

You never know what will be discovered while previewing properties. I believe it’s important to keep up-to-date on neighborhoods, new listings, price reductions and market trends. While virtual tours, lots of photos, floor plans and well-written descriptions are great -there’s really nothing quite like experiencing a property in person. There are things that don't show up until you see them in person.

I believe in previewing properties whenever possible prior to showing as well as part of my routine. It makes a difference and while many agents have either eliminated or never put it into practice, it remains important to me.
