A CMA is a comparative market analysis used to figure out how much your house can be listed for on the market today. You use the homes in your neighborhood that have sold recently that are comparable to yours to figure out an average price to suggest to your sellers. Having this information is important because pricing it well will give your seller the money they want as well as making sure the home does not sit too long on the market. The longer it sits the less likely it is to sell depending on the market so the more competitive the price the better!
