Brokers’ Tour: Stop #3

On my third stop of the Brokers’ Tour, I realized why so many people want to own homes in Downtown Livermore: there are no cookie-cutter homes there. Each home has its own uniqueness that sets it apart from the rest. There are still remnants of days gone by with stately Victorians, interspersed with modern construction and California ranchers. For those homes of a certain vintage, some owners have taken extra care to keep the original craftsmanship intact and decorated to accentuate the decade built. Check out some of the wonderful homes for sale in Downtown Livermore.

This particular home had an amazing fireplace, not like any I’ve seen so far. Several of the rooms feature original built-in cabinetry, doors, and woodwork. I truly wish that this workmanship was still the standard of the day.

The owners of this home had fall flair all over their home, as you can see in the above photos. For some fun fall decorating ideas, check out this page from Southern Living.
