Condos and Villas continue to be popular options especially for those “snow bird” buyers who still own a home up north and will continue to for several years. The condo/villa lawn and bushes will be cut and trimmed without the owner's presence. Electric and water can be set on "summer" billing. It's nice to have a neighbor, friend or family member check on the unit once in awhile to make sure nothing sprung a leak or did something unusual - but it can be left on it's own.
