Real Estate Team looking for a Transaction/Marketing specialist
Carstensen Team - Re/Max Results is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, reliable, trustworthy, results oriented individual to become an essential part of our proven, highly successful real estate sales team. This person will play a key role in the success of our team by executing superior marketing of our business and listings, overseeing and coordinating the listing process, assisting in all transactions and providing exceptional customer service. Job duties:
- Wide variety of Real Estate duties completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Always be pleasant and respectful to our team and customers.
-Professional and Personal responsibility to our team and mission
-Organize, create & implement systems to facilitate home purchases and sales
- Provide phenomenal customer service to clients via email and phone
- Maintain Operations Manual
- Create, print, and provide marketing material for agents
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and ordering supplies
- Comfortable and efficient at out-bound sales
Skills/Requirements-
- Able to work out of our Elk River office M-F with a flexible schedule between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
- Social Media Savvy (Facebook) (Instagram) (LinkedIn) (Pinterest) (Google +)(Twitter, etc)
- Computer savvy (Microsoft Office, Contactually)
- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Fluent in another language a plus
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of administrative experience
BENEFITS:
- May be opportunities to do work on nights and weekends to allow for flexibility during the day
