I couldn't resist participating in this contest because I have strong feelings about the wallpaper I use for my two computers and since I am the only one who sees them on a daily basis, I thought I would share.
Firstly, on my 11" MacBook Air, which is my "life to go" appliance I have:
I have always wanted to visit India and finally took the plunge almost three years ago. It was everything I expected and more. If you have not been or are squeamish about what you will find, I highly recommend you consider the trip.
The sights are incredible. The people are incredible. The traffic is literally in(credible).
If you are a spiritual soul, then this is definitely an experience not to miss.
Secondly, on my 297" iMac, in front of which I spend most of my day, I have:
Paris, my most favorite city in the world and the place I would retire to if I could ever afford it.
Again, if you have never been to Paris, it is a must see. Around every corner is something to admire. The architecture, the outdoor cafes, the food stores, the shops, the people...... Don't believe everything you hear. Parisians can be extremely friendly, and no, you don' have to speak French, although I can get by.
For the past several years I have added Paris to my annual visit to the U.K. Since I will not longer be making those annual trips I will not be visiting as much. And whol knows if I will ever make India again.
My wallpaper is going to have to substitute for a while.
