Safety is a concern everywhere nowadays, even here in Gainesville-Alachua County area.  If you are a home buyer and have a called a Realtor to see a home, the agent may have asked you a few questions that you think are unusual.  It may be about safety issues.  You may not know, but throughout our country, there have been real estate agents that have be assaulted and injured while showing a home to strangers.
