This is a good one and I wanted to share with others.
WE all hav to change and do change everyday. Good thoughts on positive changes..

Do any of us ever really change?
I've been around for 66 years.
I've learned a lot, grown, matured, adjusted and adapted to many things. But in all honesty, I don't think I've changed a bit.
When any situation arises, my gut still tells me the same thing. Whether it is fear, anger, sadness.....my first instinct is to react the way I always did before......but I don't.....because I learned from the past.
Now, I may not react as quickly and I put more thought into how I am going to handle a situation, but I didn't change. The only thing that changed is how I do things.
Can we change the life of someone else?
A smile, a kind word to someone, doing a good deed, paying it forward.....all nice gestures that change a life for a moment, but we didn't change that person or their life, just gave them a moment or day of feeling something different than what they had been feeling before.
Just keeping it real!
