2015 Lake Limerick Home Sales

Lake Limerick home sales through October in 2015 were up significantly from the previous year.  During 2015, 41 homes have been sold in Lake Limerick compared to 33 during during this same time in 2014.

Home Sale Prices

The median sale price through October was $145,000 the same as 2014.  The average sale price was $150,159 compared to last year which was $139,095.  The highest sales price this year was $339,900 and the lowest was $55,000. 

How Fast Did Homes Sell?

The average days on the market for homes that sold in 2015 was 85 days compared to 94 days in 2014. 

Land Sales

Land or lot sales in Lake Limerick continue to be slow. We have seen 6 lot sales so far this year ranging in price from $8,000 to $19,500. This compares to the previous year where we saw 5 sales ranging in price from $5,500 to $170,000.
