Ah Sweet November...

The kids are into "the groove" of their senior year, with all those activities slotted into a routine, which gives me a little time to breathe and look around. Thoughts of cooler temps and LESS humidity gives me a renewed energy and more inspiration for my evening walks around the neighborhood.

It seems that although NEW listings coming to market have slowed, price reductions are on the rise. In fact, over half of the listings this week are actually price reductions.

Families want to get their homes sold by the new year, and banks want to get foreclosures off their books by the end of the year. This is an amazing opportunity for you, the buyer, if you're ready, then let's really think about jumping STRATEGICALLY and getting you into that new home by the new year. Wouldn't starting out 2016 in your new home be a portent of good things to come?

Let's take a look at what's happening out there this week...

There were 11 new listings this week in Granada Hills. They range in price from $439,934 -$699,950; size 1220sf - 2448sf; age from 1953 - 2011.
