Tucson Rental Market Statistics October 2015

The Tucson Association of Realtors released the rental statitics for October 2015.  The summary is, there are a lot of rentals on the market - and only a fraction of them were rented this past month.  That means, if your home is up for rent - it is important to make sure that it is in great condition and that the price remains competitive in this market!  Here are the highlights: 

Total Active listings for October were 717. 

The number of properties rented this month was 340. 

Average monthly rent for Apartments was $558.

Average monthly rent for Condominiums was $817.

Average monthly rent for Mobile Homes was $0.

Average monthly rent for Manufactured Single Family Residence’s was $839.

Average monthly rent for Patio Homes was $1,375.

Average monthly rent for Plex’s was $652.

Average monthly rent for Single Family Residence’s was $1,238.

Average monthly rent for Townhomes was $961.

Average Days on Market was 46.
