I am a Loan officer For A Direct Lender in Scottsdale, AZ. In the last couple of weeks, I have marketed FSBO's and have developed a Flyer which has 4 mortgage options as well as pictures and information on the home. Several home owners allowed me to make them a flyer and as a result, my phone has been ringing! Now, I am thinking of contacting Realtors and creating the same marketing piece for them to use for open houses. My question to the Realtors....what is the best way to contact you for this idea? An email...or phone call. And...have any realtors had success with this type of marketing piece for their listing? Please let me know
