Glen Burnie, MD Home Sold in Less than a Week

n September I got a call to list a home in Glen Burnie. The seller was being transferred to Texas with a national company and his wife was 9 months pregnant. The day the sign post was installed in the yard she delivered a healthy baby boy.
House Lens came out and took the pictures and a very nice virtual tour.
And, in less than a week after it was listed in the multiple list, we received an offer. An earnest negotiation followed and finally all parties agreed on a price.
The road from contract to settlement was not without it's obstacles.
The home inspection required a few repairs to be made and those were arranged with local service providers.
The appraisal was completed and home did appraise.
