This week in Granada Hills we saw 5 homes sold. The selling prices ranged from $445,000 - $562,000; for an average of $496,400. Homes were built between 1955 - 2011. They range in size from 1192sf - 1580sf, although the lots range from 7,800sf - 15,854sf. Lastly, the homes were on the market between 13 and 144 days, with an average selling time of 74 days.
